Papa J’s BBQ sauce is a small family business from Edmond Oklahoma. Our Original sauce was born in the Jalbert Family kitchen over 30 years ago. Jerel and Hope kept tweaking the base recipe over the years until they had the perfect blend for the original sauce. We were then asked to come up with a spicy and a hot BBQ sauce. 
In 2014 with a lot of support from friends, family, and co-workers testing our BBQ sauces filled in mason jars we decided to follow the American Dream and took our sauces to the commercial market. Today you can find our three sauce flavors of Original, Spicy and “Smokin” hot.

Mindful of the values we set as a family. To us this means that the people we serve are more important than cutting quality. A high five from a happy customer or a story how about we made some ones BBQ the best they ever had means so much to us. These are the values we hold dear while doing business.
